"Castling" is a chess move, "castle lock" is not. A King may "castle" with a rook on either side providing the rank is clear of other pieces, and the King and rook have not moved prior. It must be said, a King may not castle if the King has to move through check. So "Castle LOCK" means something else than a chess move.
