I didn't really get it at first but I think he's actually really important. He's a backchannel to Horowitz, kind of like Steele was to Ohr. "Think Mirror".

Instead of "Huber >IG (Horowitz) >> Storch", its actually mirrored. Storch provides crumbs to Horowitz, who uses his ~470 investigative staff to start parallel reconstruction of the case. Using the grand jury that has been appointed, Huber can use the evidence his team has gathered to file sealed indictments, compel witnesses to testify, and prosecute in complete secrecy.

Next Q drop he says things are moving faster than you know. This is easy to forget sometimes but true. Just think of all the resignations and congressmen that aren't running for another term. Even Weinstein and Moonves took months to resign after allegations came out, these people stepping down have probably been indicted, if not found guilty.

That's why Q has told us to trust Sessions, Huber, and Horowitz, and why this Kavanaugh confirmation is so important. The legal phase is key, its what all the optics are for, and it seems like it could become public very soon.
