Instead of the whole delta thing, I'm wondering why Q can't just snap a pic of POTUS' phone with a drafted tweet, and post that a few mins before POTUS posts it on Twitter.
If they're in the same room, wouldn't that be relatively easy and a low-risk high-credibility proof?
