OK. So POTUS nominated both Sessions and Rosenstein and Sessions recused himself after POTUS met with Mueller who was appointed by Rosenstein who took over the DOJ after Sessions recused himself but not before Sessions appointed Huber who resigned but he then was reappointed by POTUS to be a stealth attorney similar to the recused Sessions who is also a stealth AG because he has to pretend he isn't doing anything so POTUS can pretend to be perpetually pissed off at him. Meanwhile Rosenstein (POTUS appointed him btw in case you've forgotten) hatches a plan to secretly tape POTUS and use the 25th amendment which has to do with impaired judgment which must include I presume POTUS' decision to appoint (Rosenstein) and also Sessions and Huber to their positions.
