POTUS was basically saying to US that those other countries/allies were calling to get him to stop or not do something. (Paris Accord/Iran deal nixing in normie language) For us, he is saying "they are trying to get me to not declassify the FISA's/texts, but I'm gonna do it anyways, and call them after its done and say hey what were you calling about?"
