How does BO set up a Voat board so quickly? Seems pre-planned.

How does BO have the time to administer both boards?Maybe BO is a team. Does BO have to pay rent or mortgage? If compensated, who's paying? When BO initially stepped up to the task and challenge of being BO here, how could Q have know whether such an anonymous person would have the stamina and time for a year+ round-the clock operation here?

Moving to Voat is how Pizzagate was finally fizzled out. Will Q eventually migrate there where the idea of justice against the deep state will be gradually eroded?
