PR only. The pharmaceutical companies get subsidies masked as "research" funding to make the vaccines. Vaccines cause the health problems and then our insurance pays outrageous money for medications. We never fully understand how much the medications are actually costing because too many people believe that insurance should just cover every single thing and they never see a real bill.
