I didn't get the whole quote, but Nadler was on MSNBC earlier, and said this about who talked to Trump about not releasing the documents:

"He was told by high ranking people, and I'm told, the British."

Someone on MSNBC just said that in order to keep them away from Trump, Mueller put his investigation documents in U.S. Attorney's offices around the country in case he and Rosenstein are removed.
