If a social media co. takes federal dollars (our tax dollars) for programs related to their operations, is the social media company still able to claim they are a private business?
What I'm leading to is lawsuits. Could lawsuits conceivably be levied against social media cos. for violating the 1st Amendment? How private are these companies really if it can be proven they have taken federal dollars from one of the alphabet agencies?

No, the right thing to do would be to approve Judge Kavanaugh, who despite the cabal's effort to smear and steamroll, remains a solid constitutionalist and probably one of the most qualifited jurists to have ever had the distinction of being nominated to the highest court in the land.
Instead, we have a continuation of a shitshow, which I might add, is now being contributed to by a limp wristed, lily livered Republican-run committee. And to add insult to injury, lending credence to a complete liar who will do damage to efforts by real women with real harassment issues to seek justice.
Not just what I would like, but what is true and just. What this movement is supposed to be about.
