DID see one of these (or looked like it) in the air above NYC that day when all planes were supposed to be grounded.
And it was in air when WTC7 "fell" at 4:20pm.
Not sure what nefarious shit this plane can do, but…

I suspected a jamming system because ham and other comms (scanner) went to static at about 4:10 thru 4:20 or so.

I remember BBC broadcast (nearly 2mos later I seen it online) of Jane Stanley in front of WTC7 saying it fell already.
When the "feed was lost" I thought of the signal dead on my scanner also. HAS to be related.
It was very high up. The dome antenna was large enough to see that it was not a normal plane, but I do not think it was propeller, and I could not tell if dome was top or bottom, another witness had binoculars and described it but I never firsthand viewed with optics.
That would be an eye opener for normies.
My assumption is MOS forgot about Daylight Savings Time or some clown was apprehensive to pull the trigger on it when ordered. and it should have been down at that time when Jane was given the script.
