Found this header but don't see it. The letters in room would be taller if 00.

If Anon has an example could they add it to the notable clock?

:00 is an action marker if consistent with past. Can be confirmed with a minute stamp (:00) so we aren't necessarily waiting for 10/03 (date stamp at that marker).
