Anon, I've just read the article in full and this guy is a total creep. This should be investigated as a federal level, the text messages subpoena'd and charges brought if there is any impropriety. I am not going to judge him, it is possible especially in the entertainment world that this is a purely platonic and artistic friendship and it is possible this girl needs a positive male role model in her life…but that's for the authorities to determine. If that was my 16y/o daughter I would be livid but I do appreciate we have a vibrant family and community environment and this girls circumstances are very different. She is probably very lonely, and as a result very very vulnerable.
