"Included are four short presentations on the topic of the death of Chris Cornell (Soundgarden) in relation to an ill fated full length documentary on child trafficking called Silent Children, of which Chris Cornell was the primary financial backer. It also briefly touches on the death of his friend Chester Bennington (Linkin Park), who was involved with the documentary as well. Albeit, mostly with its soundtrack–a compilation project meant to be called Traffic Jam. Neither were completed as a result of their deaths.
"The first part was produced by the researcher Jamie Dlux, who also introduces the second researcher Mr Selfdestruct, who produced the following three parts. Mr Selfdestruct has a 4th, and very recent 5th parts in this series easily found online. I didn't include them as I found that they drift around somewhat, and the fourth is more of a compendium than stand alone.
"I thought I'd explain this type of research, and its sourcing a little, because it wasn't particularly obvious to me when I first encountered it. There are places online that, likely, purchase or otherwise acquire explicitly detailed stories from celebrity friends, family, court reporters, maybe even law enforcement. However, these stories are published anonymously, omitting any names of people, specific places, even exact dates, and certainly who's telling them–not unlike Chatham House Rules. Two such outlets for this content are An Open Secret, and Crazy Days And Nights–both relevant here. These types of stories are called "Blind Items", and the task of dissecting them is taken up by various researchers from all over the world; and to Reveal these Blind Items using openly available court records/transcripts, travel records, photos, verifiable testimonies etc. to deduce the blank names in Blind Item stories. Often these stories intersect with one another, and become very broad in their scope, but in their expansion they only serve to solidify the names previously Revealed. And then, at a certain point, after orbiting around someone a while, specific details so absolutely gravitate to a single person that it becomes more or less impossible for it to be anyone else. At which point the Blind Item is considered to be Revealed, and is then shared and banked into the body of references of researchers like Jamie Dlux and Mr Selfdestruct. It's all very interesting, and because the sparks that initiate all the investigating are anonymous no one is ever held legally accountable, and so it remains under the nuisance radars of the guilty parties, and remain permissible."
