I have a question - Is it true that 1st-term USA presidents receive a

presidential-briefing concerning the USA and our dealings with extraterrestrials

(this done sometime during the first week in office)?

My concerns come from the credible testimonies of experiencers, harvested

farm/ranch animals and the decades-long contacts we have had with aliens.

Bothersome to me are comments ascribed to Bill Clinton (at book-signings?)

such as "Well, I have looked at the documents." and "My hands are tied."

We have had open contact with others not of this planet, as you well know.

With one-and-a-quarter-million Americans having a "top secret" clearance it

seems that we are about to enter our downfall as a beacon unto the world.

Problems of all kinds are escalating and our shadow governance is not

helping matters.
