I'm one of those who appreciate the 40,000ft view, so I'll give you a thumbs up.
Though I mostly go elsewhere for my mind expansion fix, this board is meant to stray much more grounded, and for good reason - there's a lot of work to do on the ground, and lifting your perspective too high can actually be a detriment to getting more mundane but necessary stuff done.

You are right on all accounts - it is truly UNPRECEDENTED to get the level of inside access we are given by Q, it will take some TIME for the plan to unfold fully, and we need to STAY CALM and not let our emotional natures ruin the operation by letting us be provoked to mindless violence.
All I wish to add, is that this operation is not merely a matter of good humans dealing with bad humans, it is an ancient spiritual war where the forces of light are finally cleansing the Earth from the forces of darkness, after a long era of dark domination. Their total and utter defeat is a given at this point, but the road ahead can still be more or less bumpy for humanity, depending on how we humans roll with the punches as the divine intervention plan unfolds.
We humans who are aware and willing to fight on the good side are the ground troops in this war, the higher light forces are our air support. We were deployed deep behind enemy lines, and we have fought a desperate guerilla war against an overwhelming enemy for all our lives, but our side has finally have achieved full air superiority, and things are starting to go our way for a change. Things are only going to get better from now on!
But the real test of our resolve is now at hand! We now need to FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT in the sense of strengthening our determination to stand firm in light and TRUTH, not in the sense of running amok killing servants of darkness or beating up their brainwashed sympathizers, physically or verbally. That is not how this war is going to be won. The enemy has their weapons, and we have other weapons! And just as our weapons are ineffective in their hands, so are theirs in ours. This war will be won on OUR terms, not theirs!

100 monkeys live on an island. A handful of smart monkeys work hard to teach the retarded ones that potatoes taste better if you wash them before you eat them, but the idea just won't take root in their dull minds, so teaching them is thankless work.
But then one day one of the retards suddenly starts to wash his potatoes! Soon after, another one finally gets it. The speed of conversion picks up, and when 51 of the monkeys have learned the trick, suddenly ALL of them are washing their potatoes!!!
That's how this transition is going to happen as well. Take heart, it may seem thankless at times, but we ARE winning!

I can't explain how this plays into the plans, because I don't have all the cards, but I have full faith in POTUS and assume this is some kind of "4D chess" move where he manipulates them into doing something that will only speed their demise in the end.
