The Turkish military redeployed a commando brigade from the eastern Turkish province of Tunceli to the northern Syrian governorate of Idlib in order to reinforce its observation posts there, the Turkish Haberler news outlet reported on September 22.

According to the Syrian news outlet Enab Baladi, the deployment of the Turkish commandos is a part of the Russian-Turkish deconfliction agreement on Idlib. Under the agreement, both countries will establish a demilitarized zone around the Syrian governorate, which requires deploying additional forces.

Venezuela Shows Reality of Socialism as the Poor Starve to Death While Politically Elite Feast

While socialism may sound appealing on the surface, the reality of corruption within the state proves to be horrifying.

The socialist policies of the Venezuela government continue to impose a living hell on its people. Hyperinflation has turned its currency to literal garbage. Mortality rates have skyrocketed for groups such as infants, pregnant mothers, and the elderly as clinics have shut down and medicine grown scarce. Food has disappeared from store shelves forcing the population to consume pets and zoo animals. A recent poll found that 78% of Venezuelans “reported trouble keeping themselves fed.”

Of course, this is not true for all Venezuelans.

Earlier this week President Nicolas Maduro was seen in a plush Istanbul restaurant lavishly dining on expensive steaks while smoking fine cigars, the check paid for by the wealth his regime has drained from his people. Once again we see that under socialism “all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

While the outrage over Maduro’s obtuse opulence is well deserved, it serves as only a gaudy reminder of how socialism actually operates in the real world. The more controlled an economy becomes, the more it benefits those with power.

While less obvious than Maduro’s dinner prepared by celebrity chefs, we’ve seen this play out throughout the country. The regime understands that its survival depends upon keeping the guns of government pointed at the people, and not at themselves. As such, the country has fallen into rule by corruption, with the police and military being offered access to food and supplies in exchange for their loyalty.

Maduro’s government is able to benefit from the trade in a variety of ways. As a South American businessman told an AP reporter last year, a bribe to the right official allows him to sell his goods to the Venezuelan government. He can afford to pay it because the government pays him a higher price than international markets do. The government then takes the food and gives it to the military, who is then able to feed their families and sell the rest — and for dollars as opposed to increasingly worthless bolivars.

It’s been noted that in Venezuela today, black markets in food are “a better business than drugs.” As is the case with any other black market, the business is even better if it comes with the protection of a government badge. Not only is Maduro’s regime active in supplying the black markets of government officers, but they also unleash the police on the bachaqueros — illegal vendors — that compete with them.

This is not the only way that those with state privilege are able to profit from the horrors of socialism.

As the Miami Herald reported recently, those close to Maduro — including his stepsons — have been able to exploit the government’s currency exchanges at rates that don’t take into consideration the hyperinflation going on within the country. It has resulted in $1.2 billion money-laundering case filed in Miami:

European Court Ruling Opens Up Censorship of Comparing Abortion to Murder

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has rejected the appeal of a German pro-life campaigner, opening up censorship to those who compare abortion to murder.

The Strasbourg court rejected the appeal of campaigner Klaus Guenter Annen who was ordered by German courts in four separate injunctions to stop comparing abortions to the Holocaust and saying that the doctors performing them were committing “aggravated murder”, Il Giornale reports.

The judges claimed that the censoring of the activist did violate his freedom of expression but was “necessary in a democratic society”.

They also said that by accusing and comparing specific doctors performing abortion procedures to the perpetrators of the Holocaust on his website the German campaigner “had not only been very serious but might also have incited hatred and aggression”.

The issue of abortion came to the forefront of European politics earlier this year when the Republic of Ireland held a referendum on legalising the practice which has been legal in other European Union member states for years.

Leaked documents last year showed that left-wing Hungarian-American billionaire George Soros’s Open Society Foundations pushed for abortion to become legal in Ireland. “With one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the world, a win there could impact other strongly Catholic countries in Europe, such as Poland, and provide much-needed proof that change is possible, even in highly conservative places,” a leaked OSF document said.

In May of this year, Irish citizens voted to make abortion legal in the country.

While many do not view abortion as a form of contraception, some, like Ann Furedi, chief executive of the British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS), have claimed the opposite.

“Family planning is contraception and abortion. Abortion is birth control that women need when their regular method lets them down,” Furedi said last year.

While driving yesterday, I turned on the car radio to see if the Russian/Syrian liberation of Idlib, Syria, from the Washington-supported terrorists had begun. What I got was two white females deploring white racism on NPR. They were so guilty that they had indirectly benefitted from white racism. I thought I was going to drown in the guilt of one of the females before she ever finished her sentence.

You are not going to believe the “indirect benefit” that produced such wrenching guilt in the white female. But maybe you will. She had purchased a brick bungalow Identical to the one next door in which a black American lived with the difference that the attic in her house had been refurbished, but the black man’s attic had not. Her racial guilt came from the fact that the white person from whom she had purchased the house had been able to refurbish the attic, but her black neighbor had not, apparently because of racism.

Does this seem like a reasonable explanation for wallowing in racial guilt? I can think of many better ones that go unmentioned in the presstitute media. For example, as Eric Zuesse reports, Saudi Arabia, the puppet state that Washington has sicced on Yemen, is “systematically blocking food from reaching tens of millions of people, Houthis, who live in Yemen and are surrounded by the U.S. alliance’s engines of death.” The Houthis are being starved to death because they wanted a government of their own, not one imposed by Washington.

One wonders at the extremely limited definition of racial guilt that the two white women on NPR found so difficult to bear: The black neighbor had a house just like hers only his attic wasn’t refurbished, a sign of racism that she felt guilty about.

How would such emotional and intellectual weaklings, as these NPR women, bear the US-enforced starvation of ten million people in Yemen currently underway, the destruction in whole or part of 8 countries under the criminal Clinton, George W. Bush, and Obama Regimes, now extending into the Trump regime. How could these guilt-burdened women bear the Israeli state’s systematic genocide of the Palestinians?

Of course, they don’t have to, because NPR never tells them about it. NPR is where white people go to do their self-denunciation as unworthy. This process can’t be interrupted by showing where the heavy guilt resides. If white people can’t be made to feel guilty, how can blacks and Jews be safe?

The US print and TV media along with NPR have been missing in action for a long time. Russiagate is an orchestration by the US military/security complex to prevent President Trump from reducing the dangerous tensions between the two main nuclear powers by normalizing relations with Russia. Normal relations could adversely impact the enormous budget and power of the military/security complex. Therefore, humanity must remain at high risk of nuclear Armageddon in order to protect the military/security complex’s budget, especially Dick Chaney’s interests in Halliburton.

INTERNATIONAL APPEAL Stop 5G on Earth and in Space

We the undersigned scientists, doctors and environmental organizations from (__) countries, urgently call for a halt to the deployment of the 5G (fifth generation) wireless network, including 5G from space satellites. 5G will massively increase exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation on top of the 2G, 3G and 4G networks for telecommunications already in place. RF radiation has been proven harmful for humans and the environment. The deployment of 5G constitutes an experiment on humanity and the environment that is defined as a crime under international law.

Executive summary

Telecommunications companies worldwide, with the support of governments, are poised within the next two years to roll out the fifth-generation wireless network (5G). This is set to deliver what is acknowledged to be unprecedented societal change on a global scale. We will have“smart” homes, “smart” businesses, “smart” highways, “smart” cities and self-driving cars. Virtually everything we own and buy, from refrigerators and washing machines to milk cartons, hairbrushes and infants’ diapers, will contain antennas and microchips and will be connected wirelessly to the Internet. Every person on Earth will have instant access to super-high-speed, low- latency wireless communications from any point on the planet, even in rainforests, mid-ocean and the Antarctic.

What is not widely acknowledged is that this will also result in unprecedented environmental change on a global scale. The planned density of radio frequency transmitters is impossible to envisage. In addition to millions of new 5G base stations on Earth and 20,000 new satellites in space, 200 billion transmitting objects, according to estimates, will be part of the Internet of Things by 2020, and one trillion objects a few years later. Commercial 5G at lower frequencies and slower speeds was deployed in Qatar, Finland and Estonia in mid-2018. The rollout of 5G at extremely high (millimetre wave) frequencies is planned to begin at the end of 2018.

Despite widespread denial, the evidence that radio frequency (RF) radiation is harmful to life is already overwhelming. The accumulated clinical evidence of sick and injured human beings, experimental evidence of damage to DNA, cells and organ systems in a wide variety of plants and animals, and epidemiological evidence that the major diseases of modern civilization—cancer, heart disease and diabetes—are in large part caused by electromagnetic pollution, forms a literature base of well over 10,000 peer-reviewed studies.

If the telecommunications industry’s plans for 5G come to fruition, no person, no animal, no bird, no insect and no plant on Earth will be able to avoid exposure, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to levels of RF radiation that are tens to hundreds of times greater than what exists today, without any possibility of escape anywhere on the planet. These 5G plans threaten to provoke serious, irreversible effects on humans and permanent damage to all of the Earth’s ecosystems.

Immediate measures must be taken to protect humanity and the environment, in accordance with ethical imperatives and international agreements.

5G will result in a massive increase in inescapable, involuntary exposure to wireless radiation

Ground-based 5G

In order to transmit the enormous amounts of data required for the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G technology, when fully deployed, will use millimetre waves, which are poorly transmitted through solid material. This will require every carrier to install base stations every 100 metres[1] in every urban area in the world. Unlike previous generations of wireless technology, in which a single antenna broadcasts over a wide area, 5G base stations and 5G devices will have multiple antennas arranged in “phased arrays” [2],[3] that work together to emit focused, steerable, laser-like beams that track each other.

Each 5G phone will contain dozens of tiny antennas, all working together to track and aim a narrowly focused beam at the nearest cell tower. The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted rules [4] permitting the effective power of those beams to be as much as 20 watts, ten times more powerful than the levels permitted for current phones.

Each 5G base station will contain hundreds or thousands of antennas aiming multiple laser-like beams simultaneously at all cell phones and user devices in its service area. This technology is called “multiple input multiple output” or MIMO. FCC rules permit the effective radiated power of a 5G base station’s beams to be as much as 30,000 watts per 100 MHz of spectrum,[2] or equivalently 300,000 watts per GHz of spectrum, tens to hundreds of times more powerful than the levels permitted for current base stations.

Former Vice President Joe Biden and Hollywood mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg are teaming up for a Beverly Hills fundraiser to shore up cash for Democrats ahead of the midterm election, according to reports.

Slated for October 3, proceeds of $5000-per-plate pow-wow will go towards Biden’s American Possibilities super PAC, tasked with supporting Democrat causes and candidates. Reports of the Biden-Katzenberg gathering come just days before Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti is set to hold a fundraiser on September 25 with comedian Jimmy Kimmel and DJ Khaled. Proceeds of the event will benefit Garcetti’s Midterm Victory Fund, supporting Democrat candidates running in the midterm elections. According to reports, the PAC hopes to bring in “at least $1 million, or $100,000 for each of 10 state Democratic party organizations.”

“I saw, among other things, the right wing in this country was pouring years of money and organizing and assistance into local and state parties and elections, and Democrats weren’t,” Garcetti said of the upcoming event in a statement to Variety. “We kind of woke up one day, not only with the White House not in our hands, but wondering why both houses of Congress, gubernatorial seats, and state legislatures suddenly weren’t in Democratic hands, in a country where more Americans voted for Democrats than they do for Republicans.”
