It will be business as usual. Operating with only 8 Justices like when AS was murdered. Not a problem until you have a 4:4 decision and then they just confirm what the lower courts ruled.

Not sure. The 5:5 has made me wonder if Q ultimately is looking for the Solicitor General (often called the 10th justice) to weigh in on something.
