Simple formula in life. You have two options in the formula for a happy customer or to deliver something with more impact. Deliver better results (hard) or what you see all the time, lower expectations. Best if you can do both. It's why everyone always plays the expectations game.

I won't believe it until she actually shows up. I'm sure something will come up where she has to delay. Death in the family, illness, death threat, lawyer change, a million things they will try to do to delay it further. Look at her team, it' s a political op now and those people are calling all the shots.
Totally agree. Shocked if this ends any other way than times up, a vote and then riots. They delayed enough to get the protestors in place.
