They WILL NOT respond to facts & evidence the way we do, that's not how their brains work or process information. They feel first, then thoughts stem from their feelings. So manipulate their feelings.
They need to see things from a "friendly face" (someone in their own in-group) using words/phrases they use.
If we want to be effective, we have to change the way we are approaching them. Smacking them on the nose won't work, attacking labels doesn't work, tearing down their idols directly doesn't work. We have to use psychology.
