Yes the first paper on the "adrenochrome theory of psychosis" was presented to the Dimentia Praecox Committee of the NY Royal Scottish Rites. In a hit piece on the topic in 2010, Mills leaves an easteregg in reference 18. Those two papers though highlight how much they knew about the effects of stress on the brain/body; they used "epileptic" patients' eeg measurements before and after adrenochrome and then niacin. There was A LOT of research going on at the time surrounding the effects of stress on the body. Probably ties into the topics of choice in the Nazi experiments; e.g. near death from oxygen deprivation and cold.
Also VERY interesting to compare all this to the survivor stories from SRA victims.
