First look up which are best for your specific needs. Joint inflammation and neuropathy. So you don't waste money. Castor oil is GREAT for joint pain. Which is considered a carrier oil. Topically you need a carrier oil to apply the essential oils. Ice pack works well too.
Also peppermint tea and or chamomile will help with your tummy.
Sugar and salt are making you sick. Try to cut it out or reduce drastically.
