Where I get confused on RR is the signing of the FISA and then the Q post below…..

Who signed the CP FISA?
3) Who must sign off on FISA warrants?
Who directs the signers?
Given magnitude of spy campaign (U.S. Presidential Election Republican Party Nominee Candidate + President Elect + President of the United States) would HUSSEIN be required to DIRECT ORDER?
4) DECLAS OF FISA WILL INITIATE THE RESIGNATION/RECUSAL AND/OR REMOVAL OF ROD ROSENSTEIN.

Ok so then wasn't the last two CP renewals Boente and Rosenstein.
June 2017 and I believe March 2017
That would be under Trump not Obama. I also believe Boente has been moved around a lot, and I thought I read article that he works under Sessions now, but I may be wrong.
I am just confused on the whole signers thing, if RR is suppose to be good. The other signers can't go down without RR too right?
Maybe someone can help straighten this out for me.
