I found a few features on this one that help to date it.

1. Lack of the CVS next to Bally's (and lack of construction) = before 10/21/2015

2. Banner hanging on the side of Bally's - comparing to stock images, this specific banner was on the side of Bally's from at least 3/24/2013 (possibly earlier) to 6/7/2014 (and possibly continuing on from there); these dates are just based on the stock images I found with dates.

3. Conversion of Bill's Gamblin' Hall into The Cromwell (building is right above the engine of the plane - can see the red & white arm of a crane) - building closed on 2/4/2013 to begin construction; by 11/2013, the building had been almost completely torn down and seemingly had the entire framework in place (https://vitalvegas.com/construction-update-bills-gamblin-hall-whatever-called/). In Q's image, it looks like the construction was just beginning, as there's a crane up but it doesn't look like any work was done yet.

So, IMO, this one was taken between 2/1/2013 & 6/1/2013, since by then they should've made some progress on the construction.

So I identified the date range on this image as being 2/1/2013 - 6/1/2013, with it most likely being in the earlier part of that range because it doesn't look like construction started yet.

I'm confused - anons saying above the confirmation hearings are, as of now, still on for Monday.

But I guess it's (very) safe to assume they'll be postponed? Why did they not delay it yet if she's agreeing to testify on Thursday? Still negotiating?
