It's official. Committee hearing for Kavanaugh on Monday has been postponed. He will NOT be seated on SCOTUS by October 1st.

I understand that. I thought it might still be possible they would hold the committee hearing on Monday. With this being postponed it means he will for sure NOT be seated by the 1st.
