Are those my only choices? How about neither? I want fair and impartial justice based on constitutional law. Righteousness is a quality that is very subjective, as evidenced by differences in beliefs and practices across various religious doctrines.

Our founders established our Constitution based on their righteous beliefs, which I greatly respect as it was the fabric of our nation, but the founders themselves were not Supreme Court justices.
If the majority of our Supreme Court justices worshiped Islam, would you still want them to judge righteousness in mind?
