Re-read carefully anon and realize Grassley is waiting for them to confirm 10am tomorrow if she will show up for monday to testify. If they don't, I believe the vote goes ahead for monday

Grassly is sick of being jerked around and he's probably real ticked off about this attempt to throw blame on republicans when they don't make a deal for Thursday. By this makes it seems like "see we 'agreed' (me and my client) to testify on Thursday and now that it all fell through it's because the Republicans never wanted to give her a chance"
