No, it needs to happen, and if the mid-terms didn't go right Trump could still pull it off, but to do so he is going to need public pressure to see justice done to the Clintons, Bush's etc…

The hard limit on that is say a month before 8 years of Trump, but that assumes he gets a second term, too risky, so it must happen in the first 4 years, we are at about half way, so there is the limit? 1 year left? Is that enough time? Half a year?
How can he even run for re-election if this whole thing is still hanging over his and our heads?

According to standard election timetables.
Sure, there is a small possibility of an election being delayed, but that would require things to have already begun propperly happening and being exposed if it is that kind of public!
So without the storm, the happening really happening then there will be a presidential election on schedule with a very high certainty, and so we know that he needs to have begun the arrests at the latest just before the voting (which could halt the voting), maybe just before, but that is unlikely.
So what I am suggesting is that normally no amount of protests is going to clean up the cabal while their guy has the top job, but while it is someone against them, then protests CAN likely get it done!
So, this is our chance, and currently we are being placated by cooing from Q, telling us everything is going to be ok, and I hope that is the case.
But, if nothing happens by some point, we need to MAKE it happen!
