Maybe it's time to "just say no"?
I want to second that suggestion. If he's going to include that stuff he might as well add a photo of human fetuses on ice for sale in a meat market or photos of the (involuntary) juvenile organ donors in the Middle East or the dismemberment occurring in the tunnels of Little St. James (aka "Lolita") Island. The evidence is there … in abundance … but they aren't ready, perhaps, for solid food just yet.
You don't have to steal that tool … hardware stores carry it. It's just a long T-handle with a "u" shaped piece at the working end. Very useful for turning your own water off in order to do major plumbing as the inside valves at the water meter are often inoperable and ALL plumbing eventually fails. The home I was living in while in Detroit was built over 70 years ago. The home I am in now is about the same age.
