CURRENCY-CONSPIRACY

Theorie or reality???

Signs belongs to currencies (¤) like ฿ (Thai baht),

€ (Euro), ¥ (japanese Yen), £ (Pound), ₱ (Peso) and so on

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Currency_symbol

Everything seems logical in the world of currency-signs

except for the $ (Dollar) which is mostly used western societies

like Australie, Canada, USA and etc..

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dollar

But nearly the same way nobody knows where bitcoin comes from

nobody knows where the $-sign comes from. Some people believe

it´s a snake around one/two lines. Wikipedia has some hypotheses

about it like it could stand for Peso, a s-shaped ribbon around the

Pillars of Hercules or other weird stuff to explain this extraordinary

currency-sign. But all this truth is hypothetical.

Other interesting things about the $/Dollar-Sign:

In the USA the sign didn´t appear on coins (hard money) until

february 2007. Paper money or banknotes is nothing more than

a contract and since 1971 it´s even not backed up by gold. All IMF-

controlled countries were told by the year 1976 to stop gold-backing

of their currencies.

It appears early 1847 in Mexico on the $100 war notes.

Some believe the origin of the word Dollar is found in Germany Thaler

(or Dutch Daalders). But who decided to put the word "doll" in it?

It looks like its development started arround the year 1776…..

Now the question:

As everybody knows the banking-system involves lots of people

with jewish origin. Could it be that the S/$ stands for

Shekel/Shekelim (semitic verbal root for "weighing")?
