I have a family member who’s been very sick for a number of years. Many diagnoses thrown at us including schizophrenia, bipolar. Turns out family member was anorexic and restricting food intake (dangerously). Family member got treatment for eating disorder, eats healthy, nutritious meals and low and behold all the psychiatric diagnoses go away as well as crazy symptoms. FEED YOUR BRAIN with not only information but actual food.
