Possible… by why no transparency then?? There are people that have been trying for YEARS to get answers as to WHAT they are spraying from local govt, their congressmen on up - NO ONE WILL ANSWER. Because we don't know and they aren't telling us… it becomes VERY SUSPICIOUS. Not to mention Bill Gates has business involvement in it.
Could be. Another theory has been spraying heavy metals into the air to combat potential EMP effects. There's ZERO transparency yet someone IS screwing with the air we breathe, which drops onto the dirt our food grows in, etc. Even if our govt is doing for our own good… think about all the govt screw ups. No transparency means we have no say in it… means against our will. The air we breathe is pretty important… we should probably have a say…
