It's 12 or [00] on the clock, aligns with the "Thor slamming hammer down" pic Q posted 12/7 [00], it's the day of the Emergency Broadcast Message, and it lines up wit a bunch of other Clock-Faggotry I've intensely examined.
If not 10/3, then 2 days +/-. Ding Ding Dings lit up all over the "top of the clock" indicators, and it's the LAST go-around on the TOP of the Q-clock as we presently know it… any subsequent go-arounds at the top are into next year.
