Of course K will be confirmed. Q has assured us of it. Also, look at the maximum pain and damage (self-caused) being inflicted on the Dems as a result of these few extra days allowed to them by Grassley. It's brinksmanship in terms of the Committee/SC schedule and timing, but worth it. I'm watching tweets from middle-of-the-road Dems, and they're now disavowing the libtards.

On Friday, the council voted 10-3 against hiring King & Spalding, Yates' Atlanta-based law firm, the Star Tribune reports. The reason? Council members balked at the firm's asking price of $195,000.
Good cover story (save face) for why you don't want to hire someone who's under GJ investigation / has been indicted.
First the Judiciary Committee has to vote, then it's referred to the full Senate for a vote. Unlikely Committee votes until after Blasey testifies or backs out.
