That could involve a lot of US Navy/ US Marines logistics and might involve a 'Sky Event'.

This feels like Rothschild paw prints are all over it, they like military contracts as they are cash cows and can be used to manipulate the military complex towards conflicts. They are probably bankrolling this deal somewhere along the line.
