FISA brings down the house
Not sure if this has been addressed yet. But if RR is in charge of the FISA declas, then how do we know if it will be declassified prior to the midterms?
IG is in charge of the final review and Trump has requested that they expedite it. But that means RR has to declassify the FISA report and send it to the IG to review. The IG was not quick with the Hillary email investigation report and still released a heavily redacted version.
Is Trump going to declassify it if RR doesn't? I could be wrong, but it doesn't look like RR has any incentive to declassify.
Good point about the IG not being able to redact the FISA report/FISA app.
But what if RR defies Trump's order to declassify it or stalls? Trump's hands are tied unless he is impeached by the House.
