Something that I found odd about the mail in ballot. Dilley claims that his neighbor is registered to vote in district 8, which Dilley ran to represent and did not get a mail in ballot. Well that might ring true if either one of them actually lived in the district. Dilley admitted that he did not live in the district but was looking for a place there.
