That is going to be a popular vista for hikers to take pics at. There will be a lot of them around that are nearly identical. And the background is so far away that slight differences in the camera position will be undetectable.
And the contrast around the sunglasses edges in the second pic are a product of the sharp edges. The metal oar handle from the guy in the background produces a similar effect.
I'm gonna call 'Nah' on this.
