I was writing out a post that turned into a tl;dr but here is the condensed thought based on looking at >>>/patriotsfight/253 logically.

Stopping DECLAS means more than Judge K on the bench (this alone tells you how bad it is if they’re willing to tip the balance of the SC).

What they are doing now is all they have because of no DECLAS. Once DECLAS happens, they are done. POTUS owns the DECLAS, they know this. POTUS owns the timeline, not them.

The checkmate was done long ago and now the timer is getting ready to run out.
