Ford letter text - photo analysis

So the letter is obviously a photocopy of the original. You can see remnant noise. I’m assuming whomever scanned it didn’t bother to up the ppi before doing so.

As with most document releases from the government nowadays, there is a transparent text transcription overlay on the photo copy. This is so the scanned documents are searchable and easily copied for sharing.

I believe the linear shadows are from this text overlay. Unfortunately I am a broke phone fag so I don’t have the proper application to be able to colorize the text overlay.

I enhanced the picture and inverted it to see if there was anything that stood out.

Idk…y’all tell me. To me it seems like either Dr. Ford was not attentive to her formatting and wrote the letter in multiple sessions, or it was shoddily edited before creating the photo copy.
