As it turns out, Brett Kavanaugh has always been careful to document his schedule and he is going to turn over his 1982 calendar to the Senate Judiciary Committee that shows he was out of town almost the entire summer. He also listed parties he attended and names of some of the other guests but none of the ones Ford claimed was there when she says Kavanaugh assaulted her. That is important since Ford claimed there were only four others there beside herself and Kavanaugh named people at every party he attended. You might just see Ford announce on Thursday morning that she will not be testifying under oath.
