As far as Christine Ford's letter to Feinstein and the numerous different size fonts goes. It would appear there were numerous people working on the letter with her (or someone for her). Making revision's and sending them back and forth to her via email.
Two paragraph's were not of the same formatting as the rest in the letter. That would indicate someone else authored those's paragraph's and they were copy and pasta in.
The letter could have been written by staff. It was certainly being passed around to a variety of contributors to it.
