I am watching this vid. I am half way thru it and had to stop and walk around. Because I began to cry.

I know now, what is wrong with all of us. Anons, normies, never Trumpers…

This vid is making me relive the terror of election night. The violent demonstrations that followed. Destruction, fires, chanting, nightmarish news coverage. On and on.

We…all of us, are suffering from PTSD. Day after day, year after year, decade upon decade we have been subjected to fear and emotional trauma, by design. And through that, we in a normal knee jerk reaction, then passed that fear on to our children.

Now, here we are.

God grant us the wisdom and strength to change the things we can, and walk away from the things, we can't.

It's time to start the healing.
