If you drink and drive and hit somebody your DUI IS USED AGAINST YOU. If you are a drunk victim its used to help you. Its not balanced. Accusers were drinking though underaged.

I will go even further with my thought. Underaged male and female got drunk. Already both against the law. He (drunk) shows her his dick, she (drunk) didnt like it. Both went separate ways. Where is the harm? Both exibited drunk idiotic behavior.
