Have seen it now on social media cropped to try to hide the Canadian beer labels. This is not helpful and discredits us.
I remember when that clock was posted from the first time. 10:10 is standard time to show on a clock from the old Timex commercial days.
Don't know that it had any significance beyond that. Maybe the original maker could comment? (I think he was just a ClockFag fan who wanted to contribute). As I recall he had made it manually.
We have a computer program for the clock now if anyone is interested (at the Clockwork Qrange thread). It works pretty slick.

And for the person who asked if Q has ever confirmed our work the closest we got was in a Q post of a twitter account (one of the clocks was in the media history when you first followed the link).
