Show me where the Russians claim that the missile that took down their plane was fired by the Israelis. When you decide to intervene in another conflict, one that is occurring outside of your country, then you run the risk of being harmed. It's called the fog of war. When Israel flies in Lebanese airspace they run the same risk and they wouldn't go crying to momma if a jet got shot down outside of their designated airspace…in fact it happened only a few months ago, and the Israelis weren't blaming the Russians! I don't think they blamed Syria either.
