Stopping DECLAS means more than Judge K on the bench (this alone tells you how bad it is if they’re willing to tip the balance of the SC).

IMO, this is their only play and would have happened regardless of nominee. Just like muh protestors before he was announced, they had signs ready to go for a number of possibilities. DJT’s list was public for some time, I’m sure the D’s had a playbook for each one on the list. I’m willing to bet we knew what was in those playbooks, and Judge K’s playbook was one that forced the D’s to fully fabricate, as we’re seeing currently. POTUS could DECLAS now and turn the tide if wanted, I think we’re just shining the light on the D’s more and more by letting this continue.

I like the thought anon. #2, I really believe there are FISA warrants against HRC, Hussein, etc. and Huber/Sessions brought them. There are some many ties to foreign gubs to make it possible. I like the theory, just not sure if DF flipped or those same events are a result of 4D chess. Same outcome either way. Good job.
