South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham says the furor surrounding sexual harassment claims against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is a โ€œtotal collapse of the traditional confirmation process.โ€

Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, are scheduled to testify at a hearing Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Kavanaugh has denied her allegations that he assaulted her at a party when they were in high school. Heโ€™s also denied new accusations by a woman who says he exposed himself to her while they were students at Yale.

Graham, who is a member of the Judiciary committee, tweeted Monday that there are โ€œno boundariesโ€ when it comes to stopping President Donald Trump.

Reports are that Dep AG Rosenstein tendered his resignation in anticipation of being fired but was not accepted by Chief of Staff Kelly perhaps to review in-depth allegations made. POTUS is at the UN Assembly. AG Sessions should be dealing with this but absent.

With the public opinion and pressure now from News media, it may be forgone conclusion that DAG is out regardless of accuracy of reports, but the fact that the establishment is turning on its own begs for review of "why now"? Expect report from WH soon.
