An alkaline diet of green juices to detox can help.
I started watching vids from raw vegans that juice. They really don't want to be called vegan given the militant association.
In any event, their results and messages are pretty compelling especially in light of the high stakes.
Same…but it's a bit of a process.
I'm focusing on fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds with occasional seafood.
A little challenging with work events and vacation, but I'll take the improvements.
When prepping at home, there's no shortage of great things to prepare.

If it's a false acquisition then perhaps the bid was simply to prevent 21st Century Fox from getting Sky and the final Comcast deal won't go through. The same happened when Comcast made a bid for Time Warner Cable.
