Reading the crumb from Q, I believe Gowdy is stepping into Rosenstein’s job. For 210 days, POTUS does not have to have someone confirmed to appoint someone for that spot.

I think Q is saying TG can go in the slot without confirmation because of vacancy rule no need for confirmation for 210 days. I might be wrong, because supposedly TG going home to practice law, but I am not buying it. I think he would be honored to take that slot.
