Digital Collection Infrastructure (DCS-5000)

Purchase, training, and upgrade of the FBI's Foreign

Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Digital Collection Systems.

Fiscal Year 2005 funding will be used to bring these systems into

compliance with CALEA through the purchase and installation of

CALEA-compliant Red Wolf systems. This Digital Collection

Platform supports counterintelligence and international terrorism

Investigations.
